SCOPE and HIGHLIGHTS
Hotel Todo Bien was originally a good friend’s oceanfront home with expansive views of the Sea of Cortez. The owners wanted to build an upscale, small hotel on an adjacent lot but decided to redesign and add on to their space to create a charming 8-room hotel with a restaurant, bar and pool patios.
Silver Creek Design (Leslie Haradin) worked with the owners at High Point Furniture Market in High Point North Carolina to select the newest pieces offered by Four Hands Furniture.
The hotel owners are long-time friends of the owner of Four Hands, and they had furnished the original beach home with their furniture and it had proven to withstand the harsh elements of the desert environment: strong wind, intense sun, and little rain.
Four Hands Furniture is a large wholesale furniture, art and accessory company based in Austin, Texas. They originated by importing containers of furniture from Asia over 20 years ago, and now import and manufacture residential and commercial pieces from around the world.
The bright and festive tile used in the public restrooms, the outdoor shower and in each guestroom is from the La Perla and custom made in La Paz, Baja.
